Best thing is the friendly casual work environment. The owner was very flexible with my family needs. I was also given the opportunity to pursue a career in personal training.
nice gym, open 24/7 had flexible hours
Pro- They offer a 401K after 3 months of employment. Con- They only offered 5 days of PTO per year.
N/a the was nothing offered
The only benefit that is an incentive is a free membership to the gyms (ONLY Snap Fitness, not any of the other brands the company - Lift Brands - owns). The health insurance is terrible - high deductible, nothing covered, only good thing is the company pays the premium (but the pay is less than stellar, so there's that). The company policy is you start at 10 (10!!) days of PTO - including sick days - per year, which I think is pretty miserable.
No benefits, no paid vacation. When holidays roll around be prepared to work some 12 hour days to make up for time off
Having free health insurance through the company is great. We recently go vision and dental this past year for an extra cost. Not too expensive.
Free membership. Discount on retail and personal training. No insurance, 401K, PTO. Not all locations are the same.
I was able to receive a free gym membership during my time working at Snap Fitness which is good because they can be used at different Snap Fitness locations.
We finally received health care this past year and if you added your family, it was $500 a month. Your base pay is $1500, so you do the math... Only FIVE paid days off a year.
