We’re Here for You
Snap Inc. is its own community, so we’ve got your back! We do our best to make sure you and your loved ones have everything you need to be happy and healthy, on your own terms.
Every Snap office has its own set of benefits built around its needs, but here’s a rundown of some of the programs you might find in your office:
Best is the massive amount of stuff for parents. Worst is the lack of stuff for non parents.
Healthcare expenses are completely covered by the company. Aka, free health insurance. You can opt for more extensive plans and pay a little out of pocket, but the basic plan is sufficient for most employees. Free lunch and snacks are provided to all full-time employees. Matching 401k program through fidelity bank up to 5%. Unlimited vacation time for salary employees.
Super generous benefits even for interns.
Typical startup perks including lunch and snacks, flexible PTO, and great health benefits!
Great benefits including health insurance meals stocks and an overall show of care for the team and employees
Best: Free healthcare for employee + family, free breakfast, lunch, dinner (great quality) and subsidized babysitting. Worst: Equity packages
Snap has the most robust benefits package I've ever seen from 401(k) match, health insurance, maternity leave, family friendly benefits, back up child care, caregiving assistance, mental health support, etc. I feel like I'm really taken care of here and will be taken care of as my family grows and as I get older.
Best health insurance I have ever had a company. Great maternity and paternity leave (up to 6 months). Monthly Phone Allowance. Free meals and snacks.
401k, health dental vision, food and everything a tech company
Great health insurance--all for FREE. Unlimited PTO. 401K match is average--4% but mega backdoor roth option like at Google. If you want to have a family, this is the place for you--infertility, surrogacy, egg-freezing, adoption, even FREE high tech baby cribs. Tons of free food.
