Best: Medical is the best hands down. No contribution from paycheck and copays with low deductible. Quarterly bonuses. Lunch card provided $120 loaded every paycheck. Student loan repayment ($200/month). Tuition assistance. Free snacks/beverages in the break rooms. Worst: No 401k matching and only 6 weeks parental leave.
Overall, great benefits package! Best part by far is that all medical, dental, and vision premiums are 100% paid by the company for each employee and all dependents. Traditional plans are offered as well as HSA and FSA, and the company contributes to your HSA if you choose that option, although I'm not sure how much. They provide $12/day ($120 every two weeks) for meals, which is loaded onto a pre-paid debit card and can be used for anything. I took my family on vacation with the money! Some positions are allowed to work from home, but that seemed to be rare throughout the company (at least on a full-time basis). Non-exempt employees start with 15 days of PTO a year and get an extra day each additional year with the company up to 20. Three use it or lose it sick days. Exempt employees have "unlimited" PTO. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year and $25,000 lifetime, and classes do not necessarily have to be related to job functions. FSA also offered for commuting in addition to medical expenses. They offer stock options, but not worth much yet as company hasn't gone public. A 401k is offered but there is no match. No maternity/paternity leave program offered, just have to abide by state and federal laws. I used PTO to take a week off after my baby was born. Offices are fully stocked with snacks and drinks.
The benefits were great, made the job even better and just the coverage for me and my 3 kids and fiance was worth it. Great company, Great Benefits and they pay it all.

Absolutely amazing benefits! They are currently 100% Paid for by SoFi and its is amazing insurance. They don't match your 401K, but the other benefits outweigh that.
