“SG provides a great Health Insurance at a reasonable bi-monthly cost to the employee. ”
“Company matches your 401K contribution ”
“All good for vacation days”
SG has a very generous PTO (paid time off), your sick days, personal days, and vacations days are all lump into one category PTO. The last time I remember I have 32 days annually. And on every 5 years, the company provides an additional PTO day for your service.
Good benefits - competitive with other banks. Its a little bit european in its approach to costs which is essentially progressive on health care
Better than most banks, but dental is getting worse
Excellent health and 401K plans
Great pension options and company matching
Decent benefits package - insurance, vacation, 401(k) with employer match
Good vacation (European standards), decent healthcare and 401k match. Work from home policy pre pandemic was lacking.
great vacation plan and almost every other person is taking a PTO every month
The benefit package was competitive in the industry, but trailed among some of the other larger Chicago based financial companies
