    Retirement plan isn't as great as the rumors would have you believe. You can make six figures and still end up with a pension of less than 4K per month at full retirement. Health plans are rather expensive. Dental and vision are considered optional.

    There is a 401k plan and paid vacation and sick time. The starting salary is much lower than other agencies and the industry in general.
