Now that the company is owned by Cvent, benefits have taken a huge turn for the worse. minimal PTO, expensive healthcare, and a 401k match that only applies if you stay for 4 years.
The basic health insurance plan is fully covered by the company which is great. Working from home is allowed upon manager's approval, it's usually very flexible.

Flexible time off's (Get the job done and take your days off methodology) and sick leaves are one of the real benefits of working at ST. They never want you to come into office if you are sick.
