Student worker, free meals on shift, free bus ride, good hours
Very happy with options for healthcare and 401K. They also offer discounts if you have Sprint and other little perks on the company website. They have a lot of resources too if I need financial planning or even counseling.
All of the benefits offered are extremely expensive
You only get 2 days sick time for the first year. Coverage is good Medication coverage isn't great.
The Health benefits are great
company gives a meal allowance, so we eat for free. they offer health benefits, and the more you work the more coverage you get. they are flexible with school schedule.
As a student worker, I was never eligible for a benefits package the reason being I am a part-time employee.
Health insurance is not affordable and your forced to join their 401k. Medical for one adult and child is 232.00 a pay at 9.00 hourly.
No Health Insurance for all employees
No chance for wage increases. Whatever pay you get hired at you can NEVER increase that wage by more than 2% per year. Even if you take a different position or get a promotion that pays much higher, you are bound by your initial wage level. At the most, they MAY allow a 5% increase. That is, IF you get 3 levels of management to approve it. You must pay most of the costs for the health care they offer. There is no 401K matching or profit sharing.
