Simple, you work only 200 days actively at your office and balance days either you take leave or do work from home kind of - but remember this is as good as running your own business. Without ownership or ability to learning properly, I have see 300 days 12 hours people sitting at the office and getting irritated to adopt a new project (if at all they are offered)
People dnt expect you to work or answer calls on vacation
Its good to have this benefit.
Good no of paid leaves but no encashment of leaves.

Lots of vacation and time off if you manage to take it. Up to 42 days a year but cannot accumulate and carry forward or en cash.
