Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision. Company also pays for short term and long term disability. The 401K plan has a company match. Generous PTO policy based on years of service, plus get one floating holiday and one day for volunteering.
The best thing about the benefits is that it offers a comprehensive package that includes company sponsored, employee sponsored and co-funded options.
For a small sized company, the benefits are very competitive for the area. As a single employee, my medical and dental insurance is covered in full by the company. The plans themselves are through national carriers with low out of pocket costs. The company also pays entirely for the STD, LTD and life insurance for all employees. The only suggestion I have is to look into bumping the 401k match. The 401k match is 25% on the dollar up to 6% but for a company of this size, I'm ok with it.
401K is a joke. It's not even mentioned when you're hired, only found it that there was one after talking with other employees. Insurance rates are crazy high for what little you get. Work from home is NOT a benifit, it's a requirement. Expect to be oncall 24/7. And if they can't reach you, expect to get a "talking to".
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
