We did accrue about 8 hours PTO per month applicable towards vacation or sick leave. Additionally, health and dental insurances were offered along with a modest employer stipend towards the health insurance. Additionally, most weeks we had an employer sponsored cookout along with plenty of social opportunities (flag football, volleyball, etc...). The only things that I wish the employer had provided was vacation pay out upon separation from the company as well as some employer contributed retirement options.
They offer lots of great PTO!
Insurance package was offered only during specified enrollment period each year. Dental insurance was also an option.
Paid time off. They should invest in a 401(k) and better health insurance.
The best thing is that benefits are offered after 3 months with the company. Also, we just found we're getting a 401 k plan this year and tuition reimbursement by 2016!
Its a fairly standard benefits package.
the benefits are abysmal but like other posters have said free cereal. So if that's what you look for in your future employer, look no further.
SoftRock provides a full benefits package, the only thing missing is a 401K.
You must wait 3 months for Medical/Dental/Vision. 6 months required before paid leave.
