PTO is only accessible after you've been with the company for 6 months, and you accrue 1 day per month (6 available PTO days when you finally get access to them). Unsure of medical expenses--not on the company plan--but the high end dental plan offered is affordable. It would be nice to have a 401(k), though higher pay should come first.

Awesome paid time off, 12 full days in your first year with access to them after 6 months, after 90 days, full medical/dental/vision and 401k, paid holidays, free bbq every friday, free event with free food almost every week besides the bbq, awesome parties, game room with latest game systems for employees for breaks or even after work. Plus free cereal and soda.
Health insurance after 90 days, which most people don't make it past. No 401k, as this is not a comapny that people stay with long-term. Are given minimal vacation days and were told at times that there were month-long times which we were not allowed to take time off. I believe,just a way for CEO to control us.
