“Company match adds up over time”
“A ton of holidays and reasonable vacation plans.”
Great benefits package with 401k match
They really do take care of their people from an insurance perspective.
Best insurance I've ever had. Like a $500 deductible and it was even kind of hard to hit that because the insurance covered so much out of pocket stuff.
401k, healthcare day 1, PTO, volunteer days. Great healthcare package options with a lot of coverage.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Pretty good healthcare offering, vision and dental are mediocre
Multiple packages to choose from
Great insurance, 401K, plenty of PTO.
Competitive PTO days with high flexibility, comprehensive health benefits and no set sick days.
Healthcare options are available to fit all needs. Great 401K program. Vacation time was not in line with other companies.
Softchoice is unmatched when it comes to benefits. I would dare to say that it as good as the U.S. Military. Very impressive.
