    Has a decent amount of vacation which becomes good as you stay longer. Also has 3 weeks sick leave which can be carried over.

    3 weeks per year to start. 4 weeks after 5 years. 5 weeks after 20 years. There should be 6 weeks after 20 and 5 weeks after 15 years.

    While there is separate sick time and vacation time (not "PTO" as many companies offer), it doesn't help much when you're an American employee working to hold things together while all of Europe is on vacation for the entire month of August. (More tenured employees have even more vacation and are off for nearly the whole summer.) It's hard to keep things going when NO ONE is in for four weeks.
