“The best thing is just how many benefits are covered under the plan. The worst thing is that the monthly cost could be lower but they are similar to my previous employer.”
“Healthy match, loan opportunities and hardship assistance if needed”
“Not available for time off”
Medical subscription, benefits platform, quarterly bonus, meal tickets, company stocks
Great health insurance, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401K, college savings, wellness programs, maternity and paternity paid leave, lots of PTO (including floating holidays and birthday), pet insurance and more!
Not having asociacion solidarista and not paying in USD.
Great benefits - 401k match, great healthcare options, flexible work life balance, etc.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Based upon other companies I have worked for in past I find the benefits package to be very competitive. The dental and vision is excellent too.
decent and market competitive benefits
Best is definitely medical and maternity leave. PTO is great if you can find time to take it!
Overall a good company to work with
SWO offers ample PTO and flexibility. The 401k matching was/is above average, in my experience. For a single person, the health, vision, and dental insurance were great. Other employees with families seemed less enthused, but still content.
Large amount of PTO, but difficult to use it all.
