They provided good Health insurance plan
There are pros and cons to every organization. 3 weeks PTO, accrued weekly. There is not a separate "PTO" vs "Sick" bank. It's all one. Aetna Health insurance, 401k, 20days of PTO/year including medical leaves
The worst thing about the benefits package is the medical coverage is not that great. You have to pay out of pocket until you reach a threshold. Also, their education benefit is not good, because you have to pay it back if you leave within a few years from them reimbursing you for it. Finally, the bonus is terrible. They advertise bonuses up to $25000 a year, but hardly anyone gets a bonus at this company.
Holidays are less when considered to other companies but overall benefits in the company are good.
With each benefit there is a significant downside. 9% match up to 6% of salary 401k, but not vested for 3 years. Great low cost healthcare, but high deductibles. $12k education benefits, but they will only approve the use of the funds if you are using it to obtain skills they feel you need at your client project.
