Health insurance is okay. Payscale is a little on the high side, but not too bad. There are lower-priced options for those not plagued with illnesses. PTO is about average. 10 days to start with another five days every five years. Only downside is that when you want to take an additional day off, they force you to use your PTO, as if you were a child and could not manage your own finances. I like to save my PTO for when I really need continuity of income, but this company will not allow it.
Company employees in the Indianapolis market are second to none!
Best - work/life balance; 401k plus company match, tuition reimbursement Worst - premiums for health insurance, 3 tier option
Everything was wonderful about the benefits package the worst thing is company don't pay O.,T.. other than that. Everything was beautiful and fabulous.
I like the 401k they match .50 on the dollar to 8% they also have a Christmas club that you can put what ever a week you like and they match 7% of what you put in plus $4.50 a week. They offer 10 pto days a year that are to be used as sick days vacation or any other type of time off. I don't know about there medical plan because we use my wife's from her employer
The health care is decent.... you're eligible the 1st of the month following the 1st 30 days of hire.
expensive health insurance, high premiums, overall not to bed
