    The main thing I remember is that it was accepted by my doctors, but my prescription prices were astronomical under the plan. Terrible. $20 for usual scripts. $100 for others.

    industry standard in benefit, days of PTOs are reasonable, I saw colleagues taking maternity and paternity leave, but I have always taken the family health insurance plan with my wife so I did not take full advantage of what was offered to me

    It's not fully covered by the company, employees should still contribute. Unlike many other companies SolarCity does not pay 100% health insurance.
