You received 2 weeks vacation first year with 7 days sick & 5 leave
10 Holidays plus vacation and sick leave.
2 weeks of vacation for the first year. 3 weeks second year.
Limited sick days, Its hard to take days off because you need to hit your quota. You really want to be working on the weekends to hit the numbers you need.
It's hard to take paid time off as they company sets you ridiculous goals which are hard to meet. I don't know anyone that took a day off.
Not a particularly large amount of time off offered.
Paid time off, but taking time off hurt your stats very much.
You get time off and that's good.
The worse part is that you have to maintain your performance quotas even if you go on vacation. It's not prorated.
If you are a producer, vacation is limitless. PTO comes in handy if you've got an extended vacation.
