The medical is not the best if you are a healthy person. High monthly premiums with a high deductible. They do offer some incentives to earn money to put towards a HSA.

Health Insurance deductible and out of pocket maximum climb every year. For 2017 the deductible is $4000, then 80/20 co-pay, with out of pocket maximum (for approved in-network expenses) is $8000. No retirement Medical Plan. Work from Home is permitted by the company but must be approved by the individual manager on a case-by-case basis. Some employees work full time out of home office, some full time in corporate office, some have flexibility. There is limited flexibility in the work day start and end times. I am not aware of anyone in North America who works reduced hours; however, I am aware of a few employees in Europe who work reduced hours.
The benefit package at Solenis are similar to others in the industry and comparable to where I worked in my recent past.
