Perhaps the worse thing would be the process.
I've had better and I've had worse. The nice thing about the benefits as that there was no change in plan design or cost in 2018.
Medical: We pay a ton. I have a family package I pay $169.00 per pay period. $5000.00 deductible 401k is good they match 50%
Good benefits, flexible hours, free food and plenty of paid vacation time.
The benefits in my opinion are great. It's fairly easy to meet the deductible by mid year which reduces costs substantially.

Employee's portion keeps increasing and coverage is decreasing. We were not told about increases in cost sharing only increases in premium sharing.
