Solstice provides not only excellent health and wellness benefits options, but we really try to go above and beyond to serve our employees' needs. We have a large emphasis on career growth, learning, and mentorship. There are Common Discipline Communities to share knowledge and talk tech, and additional groups to get involved with (including Wellness, Philanthropy, Social, Book Club, Sports...) and more.
You should love where you work!
The best benefit is the 5,000 training budget. The rest of the benefits are fairly standard. They recently added sick days in addition to normal vacation
Generous Vacation + Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Every Solstie is given an extra PTO day to find a friend at work and do something fun.
everything is worst no good things all reviews are fake
Sort of expensive Medical really cheap dental vision life insurance no cost HSA 401(k) available for full time employees
Generous training budget and time off. Flexible work schedule if you need it and a culture of understanding around family issues.
The high deductible healthcare plan and very limited sick days deter employees from seeking medical advice when sick. Vacation time, holidays, and 401k contributions are pretty standard, and their maternity leave policy is only 6 weeks. The in-office perks are limited to coffee and alcohol, and a company-wide meal every so often. Their bonus for traveling employees is also not impressive. Overall the benefits are lacking for a company that prides itself on its employee experience and culture.
401 K match is the lowest in the market amongst other IT companies and overtime compensation is very less as well.
Very fair—100% vested 401k/roth and full matching up to 3% then 50% match on an additional 2%
Health insurance and 401 k is decent. You get a device every year.
BEST: I love the self-directed training budget. WORST: Nothing
