    really expensive compared to other companies I've worked for.. about $350-$400 per month for single adult.

    The health insurance was fine. I felt like the deductible was too high. I would have liked a lower deductible. They were willing to offer another plan option if enough employees complained. I'm assuming that they needed a certain number of employees willing to get into their plan.

    They do not pay for 100% of insurance which makes it about $600 a month. Most software companies in the area do pay for all of your insurance.

    My take home is only $650 a check after paying insurance. Lower the cost or raise our pay to help w/expenses.
