Solutionreach has a very well-rounded benefits package. There are lots of small perks (food, video games, etc.) but the overall focus on making employees feel valued really comes through in their focus on always being competitive with overall benefits.
Benefits aren't good enough to pay the premiums. Use a spouses insurance for less money to get more coverage
Health insurance was really expensive, 401k was minimal, PTO was standard, we had the option of HSA etc, the gym was really nice and company parties were fun.
It is all expensive and always increasing
Awesome 401k, whole week before Christmas and New Years off, charity matching program, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, and health savings account
The health insurance is too expensive for what it offers.
Health insurance, medical, vision & dental. As good depending on what plan you choose. 401K John Hancock. Life insurance. HSA/FSA, PTO accumulation.
The best thing about Solutionreach is the time off!
Medicare plan is pretty good. PTO time is great. You would get more than 2 weeks. Flexible working hours as long as you get your work done
The PTO was alright. You can get to 22 days. It builds up from 15 days.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
