3 weeks vacation for new employees at corporate level
Paid holidays plus a floating holiday. PTO and Sick time. Insurance is expensive. maternity leave is not great.
The benefits are reasonably priced and there is little to no wait period to qualify. For example, you are eligible for holiday pay from your date of hire.

Great company overall, discounts on resorts stays even if you have to wait for opportune moments in the season. I mean they feed you for your breaks and from my experience the management and supervisors were willing to work with you to allow for a malleable enough schedule so long as you put in your hours in the week.
They offered an excellent benefits package
Time off is great. Health insurance was somewhat high.
Benefits are right up there with Marriott International, if not better!
