They do train you to do your assigned job, but it is very rushed. You are just thrown into the fire in hopes you'll succeed.
Depending on the store, you may have friendly attentive managers whom are able to cope with the stress of teaching new hires the proper way to do their jod and in doing so give encoragement, where as to build the confidence and the effenciecy of there employee
Everyone was super helpful with training and making sure I knew what I was doing before I was left alone to work as an individual.
Just learning everything is so complex but yet organized.
There is online training that is suposed to be required, but no one does it, even the managers. I can tell as no one does things the same way. I even asked people a question straight from the e-learning and no one got it right.
they didn't teach me anything, everybody told me something different.
Adequately trained and felt comfortable with minimal supervision
You get hands on training and there are also signs for everything so you can follow along. Ex: how to make a drink, or famous shake
Training is not the same across the board, inconstant.
