1 weeks paid vacation after one year. 2 after 3. 3 after 5. No in-place training. Health/vision/dental are poor packages at high price.

Offered pto but usually end up not getting to take any. A free trip to convention in a pretty nice state yearly
You don't get anything resembling a "benefit" besides flexible hours and a day of training, even after being employed for half a year. Some managers won't even reimburse you if you don't make minimum wage with tips, and will threaten your job if you report it.
The best thing is you don't even make enough to get fined for not having the insurance they don't offer you!

Food is 50% for employees (excluding ice cream)could use once per shift and you had to work that day, no paid time off, and you could request off and get it off if you are lucky.
They only offer health insurance to full time employees.
You can request time off and they'll most likely give it to you but no health insurance, 401k plan, or college scholarships
