“one of the worst benefit packages around ”
PTO, Medical, Dental ,Vision, sick leave, 401K
bare minimum benefits that arent all that competative
The health benefits are pretty good unless you are a smoker then they are really expensive. There is also large group of physicians to choose from.
One of the best benefit packages in the industry! As soon as I came to SQL, my family and I have enjoyed the really great medical benefits.
Really good level and diversity of benefits. 401k match at 4%. Health insurance could be pricey depending on options selected
The highest option package Choice Plus offers excellent coverage and copay only payments when used in network. Vision and dental packages also offer excellent coverage.
Pay time off is alright, standard like most company. Insurance is good, decent price.
401k health insurance and shift differential
Decent insurance coverage for their top tier policy, but required to use the Banner System and endure inconsistent client/patient support. Rates for single person are not too bad, great vision coverage. If your a high utilizer go with top tier. If little to no insurance usage go with lowest tier. Middle tier costs more out of pocket and not worth it. You must stay within the network. - Holiday and vacation time MUST be accrued. Any UNPAID time off is NOT ALLOWED!!! (Ridiculous - "It's in the employee's best interest" I don't think so.) - A 20% discount on cell phone plans for employees.
Insurance package seems nice! Vacation time is a little janky in the sense that they take your paid holidays out of your PTO.. 21 days of PTO.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
