401(k) match is above average, health insurance is decent, company time off is superb (last two weeks of December are PTO, Friday's before MDW & LDW, summer Friday's). "Unlimited PTO" started this year, remains to be seen how unlimited it is. Discounts on Sony electronics are a nice thing as well. Hybrid work environment is nice. From a benefits perspective it is a pretty good gig.
