The mutiple options for your benefits
Time off was easy to get because there were many employees that could switch shifts. It is open 365 days a year so be prepared to work some holidays. No benefits.
Decent health insurance, very few vacation days and you are required to work holidays.
part time doesnt receive any benefits other than sick days but nobody ever knows about those. obviously riding for free is a huge benefit but thats really it. we also get a discount on retail.
I'm part time currently so I don't believe I'm receiving any benefits.
Apparel discounts and free classes
Best things at Soulcycle are the free rides for employees. Worst things are the you helping people set up on their bikes, you get bruised by running around in the middle of the bikes, people with step on crush your fingers when trying to clip their feet on the pedal, and your body will eventually hurt from pressing too hard clipping, and "resetting" the bikes.
