    The Medical benefits were not good and not affordable at all considering the very low pay which was not much more than minimum wage.

Health insurance options are okay, different plans to choose from. You are automatically enrolled in the 401k program, but there is no employer match.

Unlimited discretionary time off. (Must be when it does not impact the company which is rarely since we are all overloaded with work. Cannot take off for more than 1 week at a time unless management). The deductible starts at $2000 for individual. You must pay out of pocket until that is reached. There is no 401K match.

There is no insurance if you are employed within a contract. However, if you are able to achieve the quota there is 1 dollar bonus for every hour that you have worked for.

Health insurance premiums are low If you are on a single plan. It is hard to afford the family plan. The company doesn't reimburse for college, nor do they match 401K. If you are non salary the PTO (vacation) time is good. If you are salary, you do not get vacation time but Discretionary Time Off, which means you can take off if your boss approves it, but you have no bank of hours stockpiled up. There is a rule about how no one that lives within 50 miles of an office can work from home. But some were expected to work before dawn and way up into the night, 12+ hours in an office. Studies have shown productivity is a lot higher at home, where employees are more comfortable, and not hearing everyone else's work place issues, conference calls, and heart aches.
