Cheaper to pay the Obama fine or as private pay. BCBS allowable are terrible and the deductibles of the plans are very high and will never be met, especially with the BCBS allowable rates.

The value plan has a $5K deductible with about $20/week premium, traditional has a $2.5K deductible at about $25/week premium. This gets worse each year.
