Good healthcare options and PTO policy
PTO was fair for industry
They give you various options to choose from. You're not required to sign up for any benefits package. Everything is optional.
401K plan is the worst plan I have had at an IT shop. NO company matching until 1 year of service. Then it takes 5 years to be 100% vested in the company's contribution. Given this companies past record I doubt if they will be around in 5 years. The yearly employer contribution payout is thievery at best. Leave before the end of the year - get NO company matching contributions. Leave the following year after the payout you still leave Jan, Feb and March matching contributions on the table. IF 4001K is part of the compensation package. It was promised and is owed. This plan is designed to take advantage of employees rather that being a source of employee retention.
Medical insurance sucks but great 401k plan.
Non-exempt hourly employees are eligible for PTO after a year, a nonviable and antiquated policy.
Once you put time in the vacation time is great!
Decent healthcare, good 401k match. Small to no bonuses.
The best is Health, 401 and vacation
Benefits packages differ from hourly to salaried employees. Overall I thought the benefits package was as good as other companies of similar size.
