Health Insurance is free for employee, but covering family or spouse is nearly impossible, due to cost. For example, to buy the highest plan, that covers your children and spouse, is nearly $1,200 a month. If you just want to cover your spouse, HSA level, it is around $300 and an okay plan is around $550-600.
