Vacation time off is getting a tad bit better. Just started 2017. You start off with 3 weeks time off, excluding floating holidays. Upper management preach about work/life balance but have little to show for it. Employees tend to be overworked to get the job done but not enough vacation time to rest and enjoy the hard work they have put in for the company. Just my humble opinion.
