The medical is good, but a little expensive. The bonuses are great, they have a lot of benefits such as vision, HSA, and dependent care savings account, good vacation/sick time.
One of the few companies that offer pension, a contingent bonus, healthcare, and 401 (K) Benefits.
Rare company with a pension plan still in place. Health insurance coverage rates are great as well. Alternate work schedule- every other Friday off-may be the best part.
Not many companies offer a pension plan anymore. This is the best of their benefits package. The worst thing is they no longer offer any wellness time. Otherwise I had no complaints. They have a decent benefits package.
The health insurance is great and has a low-cost HPDP option. The 401(k) match is also great at 5-6%. The vacation is not great, they award hours based on years of experience and new employees get about 12 days. You do, however, have the option every year to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days as a direct reduction in your salary.
Good health benefits unless you are expecting, but maternity leave is generous and they support you with pre natal time off.
They offered a pension plan. the fund 20% of your salary every year.
Extra vacation days are a long time in coming.
There is matching 401K and bonus is great
They match the 401k and insurance prices seems reasonable
