4 weeks PTO after 3 years
Too high deductible. Moat prrescriptions and surgeries have to hve prior approval. Big hastle especially when u are hurting.
Decent benefits and pay but no raises
Basic benefits package for full time employee
Southern Graphics offered benefits like health insurance, 401k and paid time off. 401k was very flexible. Work/life balance was stressed.
yes they have the standard sub-par package most low end companies offer to just get enough employees in the door.
It was optional, and they offset a lot of the cost, though healthcare in general is just ridiculously priced.
Cost of benefits have skyrocketed. No cost of living raises to offset rising cost.
Overall, benefits are good. It is disappointing that due to some sectors of the company not doing well the 401k match was cancelled for the second half of 2017, there will be 1 day mandatory furlough and annual salary reviews/raises were eliminated for the 2nd year in a row. Yes, it could be worse, but doesn't exactly instill confidence in the new vision with these cuts being put in place only a year and a half after were were bought by SGS. I will update this review in 2018 once there is an update to the benefits status.
Best = they offer a medical dental vision, accidental death and dismemberment and life insurance. The Worst = Extremely high deductibles on even the best packages.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
