PTO days were standard, sick and vacation were merged into basic PTO package. 401k with match, vested after 5 years. Medical coverage was inexpensive but mediocre at best. Decent dental coverage. Life, spouse life, AD&D, critical care, short term disability, long term disability coverage offered.
Benefits aren’t the greatest. Medical is expensive & dental doesn’t cover much. 401k match is yours AFTER three years AND if they need to cut costs, they take the match away. No issues with vacation/sick/personal time off. You have the days but can’t use them because they are understaffed so your requests for time off are denied.
Too high deductible. Moat prrescriptions and surgeries have to hve prior approval. Big hastle especially when u are hurting.
4 weeks PTO after 3 years
Decent benefits and pay but no raises
Basic benefits package for full time employee
Southern Graphics offered benefits like health insurance, 401k and paid time off. 401k was very flexible. Work/life balance was stressed.
yes they have the standard sub-par package most low end companies offer to just get enough employees in the door.
It was optional, and they offset a lot of the cost, though healthcare in general is just ridiculously priced.
Cost of benefits have skyrocketed. No cost of living raises to offset rising cost.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
