    Co-pay amounts and what the company covers for medical is the worst thing. Best thing is the schedule flexibility.

    No real maternity leave program. It is the short term disability 12 weeks but your pay is based on years of service. Paternity leave is 2 days. Work from home option depends on who you have as a manager. Very old outdated benefits package. If you work out in the field in retail, you may get performance bonuses. Health insurance plan is VERY expensive and covers very little.

    very generous paid time off. A new full time employee gets 20+ days. They add 5 days at certain anniversary thresholds (5 years, 10 years etc.)
