No real maternity leave program. It is the short term disability 12 weeks but your pay is based on years of service. Paternity leave is 2 days. Work from home option depends on who you have as a manager. Very old outdated benefits package. If you work out in the field in retail, you may get performance bonuses. Health insurance plan is VERY expensive and covers very little.
