Better than other companies. Peers helping peers, usually. Confidentiality get a breached more than it should.

Southwest Airlines response

We take Employee Assistance very seriously, which is why we have a program (called Clear Skies) that is available to Employees 24/7 and is entirely confidential. Clear Skies offers immediate telephonic counseling and up to five face-to-face counseling sessions, access to convenience services, and specified legal assistance services, all free to Employees. Clear Skies is administered by an independent third party, and services are provided by licensed third party professionals. Although Southwest has a strong culture of People helping People, Clear Skies employee assistance services are not provided peer to peer.
