    Starting 2019 we get paid parent leave for new born and adopted kids

    I believe they give 12 weeks maternity, but no paternity. You can use your PTO, and there's always FMLA if needed

    They offer 3 months, but it's not paid at all, the father gets nothing and it's expected that you won't take vacation after that.
