Extremely generous paid sick day policy. A point accrual system is in place allowing people to use sick time as long as ones points are within a usable range.

Southwest Airlines does not tolerate very much sickleave or very many sick days. But they were bored their employees for incurring very few sick days with prizes and eligibility to enter contest that random money or gifts.
