Benefits are very good. 401k, Stock Purchase, medical, dental and vision insurance. Flight benefits for you and your immediate dependants are excellent.

401k, Health insurance is the best.
Some of the Health Benefits don't cost anything or have very little cost. Look through the packet completely and even in the last pages. The grandfathered clause for their old packages are still in effect and hardly cost anything.
Great 401k match (up to 9.3%) and profitsharing when we are profitable on top of that; retirement is often overlooked in benefits packages, but this is top of the line.
