401k match $ for $ up to 9.3%, annual profit sharing bonus historically greater than 10%
I do not have the health benefits as I have them through my spouse. I've been told that they are good but have been getting more and more expensive throughout time. 401K is VERY generous. Penny for Penny match to almost 9% of our income. Free flights for employee, spouse, mom, dad, and any children under 18 or still in college. Flight benefits on other carriers too. 2 weeks of vacation after 1st year, 3 weeks after 5 years and a month after 10.

It is one of the best company I ever worked for. SME of my team is an asset to the organization and I believe other teams too have the folks like that. working culture at southwest is fabulous as they always go by "Work hard play hard" policy. I recommend this organization to any hard working person who is willing to learn new things every day and contribute to the fullest.
Southwest is one of the best companies to work for in the world. Our benefits package pretty much blows every other package out of the water. Everything from health care to our 401k and stock options is well above average.
