    vacation accrual is dependent on years of service. You also accrue sick leave hours based on hours you work, but, if you don't use them, you lose them.

    Lots of flexibility, given yearly vacation time that you can block out or take a day at a time, with one free paid day off of your choosing every month besides November and December, which is understandable

    you get on paid day off every month first year you get one week off then you get two weeks and then after 5 you get 3 weeks off after ten years you get a whole month off.
