They don't give you any benefits for 60 days and you can't use your PTO for 90 days. Medical benefits are standard and don't give you many options, PTO is 13 days a year with 10 paid holidays. Retirement plan does not fully vest in you for 4 years.

Affordable and easy to use. I was able to utilize my health insurance to meet my needs with low company's and premiums. I was able to choose from several different levels of coverage to meet my needs. I wish that it had included health incentives- gym memberships, weight watchers, etc.

Vacation is pretty standard, but readily available after 3 months. Free life insurance available and short and long term disability. Able to work from home or community.

Can't receive benefits after you work close to a year. If you voluntarily are let go before 90 days, you loose vacation time accrued. You don't receive 403b until you worked a year.
