The healthcare is less than admirable, but they're actively working on fixing it. Vision, dental and 401k are all very good.

You get up to 5 floating holidays immediately - which is essentially a free week of PTO. If you work there on Jan 1, you automatically bank 5. Jan 2, you bank 4 and lose one each quarter there after. It's really great b/c you really don't use PTO unless you are going on vacation then.

The health insurance is extremely costly because of the high deductible and it covers very little.

Only good perk was free drinks (soda pop, red bull). Only got 10 days of PTO, and didn't get compensated when working weekends, or on call 24/7.

Competitive rates for health/dental/vision premiums; high deductible health plan but the company provides an excellent and generous employer match

For a recent grad, the benefits package is pretty good.

Company provided a competitive benefits package. it included paid time off. 401K match was part of the benefit package while I was employed there.

Abysmal benefits package including the worst health care coverage I've ever had. If you have a family there is an $8000 family deducible you must cover yourself before they will cover a penny. That's right - $8000 out of pocket. So factor that in if you get an offer.
