Unlimited PTO starts soon, but it is at manager's discretion and if you quit or get laid off you don't get the balance of what has (or might have) accrued.

Fair amount of vacation and PTO--only downside is you never get to use it or you are expected to work while using it.
Up to 5 floaters + 15 days when you start. You have to there quite a while to get another week as they don't progressively increase it each year you are there.
