Not the best vacation and sick day package but also not the worst

3 weeks of pto and some company holidays

If you stay past 7 years, you get 20 days off. I usually end up selling a lot of my vacation days because I love the work so much.

3 weeks PTO until 7 years, then 4 weeks

2 weeks off, but may still get ping while on vacation

On paper, 3 weeks is good. It's difficult to use all of the time due to intense deadline pressure and workload.

minimal compared to other companies

Lots of time off but it was always hard to take it.

Pretty good at accommodating requests

4 weeks per year you can take or have it paid out every year
