Good 401 K, Good health and dental coverage.
No real benefits, no vacation, health insurance, if it is offered I was not made aware of it, and the pay is not that great when compared to what they charge clients to send you onsite. This is very typical of third party contract houses.
Bottom of the barrel health insurance.
Health insurance is for preventative care only. Doesn't cover illness. Offered only because the ACA mandates it, purposefully does not meet minimum value standard bc they want you to use HealthCare.gov instead.
My only issue with the insurance benefits is they sent the information via regular mail, and on a postcard that looked like junk mail (similar to what you'd see real estate advertising come on). I didn't see it in time to sign up, and therefore was without company insurance for the duration of my tenure. I would highly suggest something more formal, like an envelope, or perhaps an email since that is how most people access their pertinent information these days. The benefits looked great, but the short cut off and odd communicating of said benefits was a turn-off.
Not applicable to contract employees other than holiday pay on national holidays.
Unclear when you become eligible.

It was lacking. The only good benefit was the dental.
No benefits offered to document review staff.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
