“Only good thing about the benefits, good discounts on products. There’s a limit on the number of bikes you can order.”
401k plan at Specialized was a highlight. Company match, profit sharing into 401K, after tax contributions. Add-on that there was an HSA option available these were well rounded financial benefits.
Great medical and 401K benefits
Overall good benefits, pay could be better.
Health insurance is great here, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match are all generous too.
Reproductive contribution is pretty poor and not comparable to other companies in the area.
Great standard benefits package plus amazing deals on bikes :)
The benefits were average. It was frustrating to set up since you had to go through a third party company.
Good benefits package offered for medical.
Health insurance options are plentiful and cover the needs of teammates with a diverse set of needs and life situations. The program is managed by Collective Health which I’ve found to be helpful and value adding. 401k matching program with immediate vesting is rare especially around the area. The company provides reimburses expenses for continuing education, races and outdoor events and matches charitable donations.
Pros- Great discounts on bikes and equipment, $250 event reimbursement each year, continuing education reimbursement although I wish they would include student loan help with that, recognizing more holidays off this year compared to the last, good health insurance plans and coverage, love the 401k match! Cons- need more PTO 2 weeks is very low, add student loan reimbursement
