The benefits they offer are good compared to other food chains. Plus they offer free coffee and lunch to their employees and the managers are very down to earth.
Did not receive any benefits
Corporate employees get a monthly allowance they can use to buy food from the stores. The food is delivered right to the kitchen, which is really nice if you have a short lunch. They offer 401k, but no matching. Vacation is limited to 2 weeks PTO and 1 week sick time. They are very strict about new-hires only getting 2 weeks PTO. The benefits attitude seems to be "just enough". They provide the necessary benefits, but not a lot extra. Most companies have a better benefits package than this.
Employer pays most of health insurance costs, but doesn't match 401k contributions
Full-time corporate employees get lunch allowance to spend at the cafe; Expensive family health insurance premium.
PTO, Health benefits, dental, 401K *not matching*
They provide a food allowance!
decent medical, dental vision plans for employee. pay out of pocket for any dependents
best would be 50% off food while working
20% discount with $12 limit on food and drink purchases. Great sandwiches, food and drinks. Limited health and dental insurance. 401K not matching. Little bit coming from your pay check. No vacation pay and day offs for team members. But managers only have paid vacation pay and days offs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
