Anytime I've needed health insurance, I've had to pay full cost because of any number of problems. Haven't received a new insurance card in 4-6+ months from beginning of year and old one doesn't work. Pharmacist flat out says the prescription the doctor gave you isn't covered, so pay full cost of go get the over the counter option. Won't respond to e-mails or respond when it's too late. Ask in person if something is covered, response "Let me find out and I'll get back to you"... never heard back. No name brand prescriptions approved end of story.
